# §2463. Prohibition of Antarctic mineral resource activities


It is unlawful for any [person](/usc/16/2462.md?p=6) to engage in, finance, or otherwise knowingly provide assistance to any [Antarctic mineral resource activity](/usc/16/2462.md?p=2).
