# §241g. Change in name of Theodore Roosevelt National Memorial Park


The [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) formerly known as the “Theodore Roosevelt National [Memorial](/usc/16/450ss–1.md?p=2) [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3)”, established by the Act of April 25, 1947 (61 Stat. 52) [[16 U.S.C. 241](/usc/16/241.md) et seq.], shall henceforth be known as the “Theodore Roosevelt National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3)”.
