# §230h. Change in name of Chalmette National Historical Park


The [area](/usc/16/539m–1.md?p=1-A) described in the Act of October 9, 1962 (76 Stat. 755), as the “Chalmette National Historical [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3)” is hereby redesignated as the Chalmette [Unit](/usc/16/430f–7.md?p=4) of the Jean Lafitte National Historical [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) and [Preserve](/usc/16/698u–1.md?p=2). Any references to the Chalmette National Historical [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) shall be deemed to be references to said Chalmette [Unit](/usc/16/430f–7.md?p=4).
