# §2205. Regulations for implementation of provisions


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) is authorized to prescribe such regulations as the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) determines necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter.
