# §204l. Application of Federal Power Act


The provisions of the Federal Power Act [[16 U.S.C. 791a](/usc/16/791a.md) et seq.], shall not apply to any lands added to the Lassen Volcanic National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) under the authority of [section 204k of this title](/usc/16/204k.md).
