# §196. Use for Arbuckle Reservoir


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized in his discretion to permit, by license, lease, or other authorization, the use of necessary land in the Rocky Mountain National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) for the maintenance and operation in its present height and capacity, of the Arbuckle Number 2 Reservoir.
