# §194. Lands held in private, municipal, or State ownership not affected


No lands located within the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) boundaries held in private, municipal, or [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) ownership on January 26, 1915, shall be affected by or subject to the provisions of sections [191](/usc/16/191.md), [193](/usc/16/193.md), [195](/usc/16/195.md), and [195a](/usc/16/195a.md) of this title.
