# §192b–5. Inclusion of acquired lands; rules and regulations


All property acquired pursuant to sections [192b–2](/usc/16/192b–2.md) to 192b–5 of this title shall become a part of the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), following [acquisition](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) of title thereto by the United States upon the issuance of an appropriate order or orders by the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior setting forth the revised boundaries of the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), such order or orders to be effective immediately upon the expiration of thirty full calendar days after publication in the Federal Register. Lands so added to the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) shall thereafter be subject to all laws and regulations applicable to the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
