# §1728. Nondisplacement


The nondisplacement requirements of [section 12637 of title 42](/usc/42/12637.md) shall be applicable to all activities carried out by the [Public Lands Corps](/usc/16/1722.md?p=2), to all activities carried out under this subchapter by a [qualified youth or conservation corps](/usc/16/1722.md?p=11), and to the selection and service of [resource assistants](/usc/16/1722.md?p=12).
