# §160j. Roads accessible to public facilities


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) is authorized to make provision for such roads within the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) as are, or will be, necessary to assure access from present and future [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) roads to public facilities within the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
