# §160d. Concession contracts with former owners of commercial, recreational, resort, or similar properties within park boundaries


Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) is authorized to negotiate and enter into concession contracts with former [owners](/usc/16/429b–3.md?p=4) of commercial, recreational, resort, or similar properties located within the [park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) boundaries for the provision of such services at their former location as he may deem necessary for the accommodation of visitors.
