# §159e. Revision of boundary; additional acreage; authorization of appropriations

- (a) The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized to revise the boundary of the Saratoga National Historic [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) to add approximately one hundred and forty-seven acres.
- (b) For the purposes of acquiring land and interest in land added to the [unit](/usc/16/430f–7.md?p=4) referred to in [subsection (a)](#a) there are authorized to be appropriated from the Land and Water Conservation Fund such sums as may be necessary but not to exceed $74,000 for Saratoga National Historic [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
