# §159c. Completion of establishment


For the purpose of completing the establishment of Saratoga National Historical [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), and to provide adequately for its future development, all lands and other property which have been acquired by the Federal Government pursuant to sections [159](/usc/16/159.md) to [159b](/usc/16/159b.md) of this title are established as the Saratoga National Historical [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) and shall be administered as provided in [section 159b of this title](/usc/16/159b.md).
