# §157b. Additional lands within park boundaries


Notwithstanding any other provisions of law, the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior is authorized to procure, in such manner as he may consider to be in the public interest, the remaining non-[Federal land](/usc/16/3102.md?p=2) and interests in land within the boundaries of Big Bend National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3).
