# §1307. Utilization of services and facilities


In carrying out the program, the [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) may utilize the services of local, county, and [State](/usc/16/590q.md?p=a) committees established under [section 590h of this title](/usc/16/590h.md). The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) is authorized to utilize the facilities and services of the Commodity Credit Corporation in discharging his functions and responsibilities under this program.
