# §115a. Mineral resources; exploitation


After January 26, 1931, no permit, license, lease, or other authorization for the prospecting, development, or utilization of the mineral resources within the Mesa Verde National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3), Colorado, shall be granted or made.
