# §111d. Acquisition of lands within boundaries of park


The [Secretary](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-1) of the Interior may [acquire](/usc/16/620e.md?p=1) by purchase, with donated or appropriated funds, lands and interests in lands within the boundaries of Mesa Verde National [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) as revised by [section 111c of this title](/usc/16/111c.md).
