# §1101. Definitions


For the purposes of this chapter:

- (a) The term “Commission” means the Roosevelt Campobello International [Park](/usc/16/410r–5.md?p=c-3) Commission.
- (b) The term “United States members” means members of the [Commission](#a) appointed by the President. The term “Canadian members” means members of the [Commission](#a) appointed by the appropriate authorities in Canada.
