# §8935. Collaboration


In carrying out this subchapter, the [Director](/usc/15/8931.md?p=1) shall collaborate with—

- (1) appropriate Federal and [State](/usc/15/15g.md?p=2) regulators;
- (2) institutions of higher education;
- (3) research institutions; and
- (4) other expert stakeholders.
