# §8934. Data usage

- (a) **In general—** The [Director](/usc/15/8931.md?p=1) shall provide the sampling data collected under [section 8933 of this title](/usc/15/8933.md) to—
  - (1) the [Administrator](/usc/15/636e.md?p=1); and
  - (2) other Federal and [State](/usc/15/15g.md?p=2) regulatory agencies on request.
- (b) **Usage—** The sampling data provided under [subsection (a)](#a) shall be used to inform and enhance assessments of exposure, likely health and environmental impacts, and remediation priorities.
