# §8712. Effect on other laws


This chapter shall not affect or preempt any other Federal or [State](/usc/15/15g.md?p=2) law authorizing [research](/usc/15/8702.md?p=17), [education](/usc/15/8702.md?p=9), and [promotion](/usc/15/8702.md?p=16) relating to [concrete masonry products](/usc/15/8702.md?p=4).
