# §80b–19. Separability


If any provision of this subchapter or the application of such provision to any [person](/usc/15/80a–2.md?p=a-28) or circumstances shall be held invalid, the remainder of the subchapter and the application of such provision to [persons](/usc/15/80a–2.md?p=a-28) or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby.
