# §8007. CPSC report


Not later than 1 year after the last day of each fiscal year for which grants are made under [section 8004 of this title](/usc/15/8004.md), the [Commission](/usc/15/8002.md?p=3) shall submit to Congress a report evaluating the implementation of the grant program authorized by that section.
