# §77bbbb. Separability


If any provision of this subchapter or the [application](/usc/15/77ccc.md?p=8) of such provision to any [person](/usc/15/77b.md?p=a-2) or circumstance shall be held invalid, the remainder of the subchapter and the [application](/usc/15/77ccc.md?p=8) of such provision to [persons](/usc/15/77b.md?p=a-2) or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid shall not be affected thereby.
