# §715k. Saving clause


If any provision of this chapter, or the application thereof to any [person](/usc/15/715a.md?p=4) or circumstance, shall be held invalid, the validity of the remainder of the chapter and the application of such provision to other [persons](/usc/15/715a.md?p=4) or circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
