# §715e. Penalties for violation of chapter


Any [person](/usc/15/715a.md?p=4) knowingly violating any provision of this chapter or any regulation prescribed thereunder shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not to exceed $2,000 or by imprisonment for not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
