# §714d. Laws applicable to Corporation


The Federal statutes applicable to Commodity Credit Corporation, a Delaware corporation, shall be applicable to the Corporation. Commodity Credit Corporation, a Delaware corporation, shall cease to be an agency of the United States as provided in [section 713(a) of this title](/usc/15/713.md).
