# §7105. Establishment of the National Women’s Business Council


There is established a [council](/usc/15/7108.md?p=4) to be known as the National [Women](/usc/15/7108.md?p=7)’s Business [Council](/usc/15/7108.md?p=4), which shall serve as an independent source of advice and policy recommendations to the [Interagency Committee](/usc/15/7108.md?p=5), to the [Administrator](/usc/15/7108.md?p=2) through the Assistant [Administrator](/usc/15/7108.md?p=2) of the Office of [Women](/usc/15/7108.md?p=7)’s Business Ownership, to the Congress, and to the President.
