# §690n. Removal or suspension of directors or officers


Using the procedures for removing or suspending a director or an officer of a [licensee](/usc/15/662.md?p=3) set forth in [section 687e of this title](/usc/15/687e.md) (to the extent such procedures are not inconsistent with the requirements of this part), the [Administrator](/usc/15/662.md?p=2) may remove or suspend any director or officer of any [Renewable Fuel Capital Investment company](/usc/15/690.md?p=4).
