# §690m. Miscellaneous


To the extent such procedures are not inconsistent with the requirements of this part, the [Administrator](/usc/15/662.md?p=2) may take such action as set forth in sections [687a](/usc/15/687a.md), [687c](/usc/15/687c.md), [687d](/usc/15/687d.md), and [687f](/usc/15/687f.md) of this title and an officer, director, employee, agent, or other participant in the management or conduct of the affairs of a [Renewable Fuel Capital Investment company](/usc/15/690.md?p=4) shall be subject to the requirements of such sections.
