# §690j. Federal Financing Bank


Notwithstanding [section 687k of this title](/usc/15/687k.md), the Federal Financing Bank may acquire a debenture issued by a [Renewable Fuel Capital Investment company](/usc/15/690.md?p=4) under this part.
