# §6903. Uses of assistance


A qualified organization shall use grants made under this chapter—

- (1) to provide [training and technical assistance](/usc/15/6901.md?p=12) to [disadvantaged entrepreneurs](/usc/15/6901.md?p=5);
- (2) to provide training and [capacity building services](/usc/15/6901.md?p=3) to [microenterprise](/usc/15/6901.md?p=10) development organizations and programs and groups of such organizations to assist such organizations and programs in developing [microenterprise](/usc/15/6901.md?p=10) training and services;
- (3) to aid in researching and developing the best practices in the field of [microenterprise](/usc/15/6901.md?p=10) and technical assistance programs for [disadvantaged entrepreneurs](/usc/15/6901.md?p=5); and
- (4) for such other activities as the [Administrator](/usc/15/6901.md?p=2) determines are consistent with the purposes of this chapter.
