# §6902. Establishment of program


The [Administrator](/usc/15/6901.md?p=2) shall establish a [microenterprise](/usc/15/6901.md?p=10) technical assistance and capacity building grant program to provide assistance from the [Administration](/usc/15/6901.md?p=1) in the form of grants to qualified organizations in accordance with this chapter.
