# §689j. Reporting requirement


Each [New Markets Venture Capital company](/usc/15/689.md?p=4) that participates in the program established under this part shall provide to the [Administrator](/usc/15/662.md?p=2) such information as the [Administrator](/usc/15/662.md?p=2) may require, including—

- (1) information related to the measurement criteria that the [company](/usc/15/662.md?p=3) proposed in its program application; and
- (2) in each case in which the [company](/usc/15/662.md?p=3) under this part makes an investment in, or a loan or grant to, a business that is not located in a [low-income geographic area](/usc/15/689.md?p=3), a report on the number and percentage of employees of the business who reside in such areas.
