# §687h. Jurisdiction and service of process


Any suit or action brought under section [687](/usc/15/687.md), [687a](/usc/15/687a.md), [687c](/usc/15/687c.md), [687e](/usc/15/687e.md), or [687g](/usc/15/687g.md) of this title by the [Administration](/usc/15/662.md?p=1) at law or in equity to enforce any liability or duty created by, or to enjoin any violation of, this chapter, or any rule, regulation, or order promulgated thereunder, shall be brought in the district wherein the [licensee](/usc/15/662.md?p=3) maintains its [principal](/usc/15/694a.md?p=6) office, and process in such cases may be served in any district in which the defendant maintains its [principal](/usc/15/694a.md?p=6) office or transacts business, or wherever the defendant may be found.
