# §657k. Disaster processing redundancy

- (a) **In general—** The [Administrator](/usc/15/637c.md?p=1) shall ensure that the [Administration](/usc/15/636e.md?p=1) has in place a facility for [disaster](/usc/15/632.md?p=k-1) loan processing that, whenever the [Administration](/usc/15/636e.md?p=1)’s primary facility for [disaster](/usc/15/632.md?p=k-1) loan processing becomes unavailable, is able to take over all [disaster](/usc/15/632.md?p=k-1) loan processing from that primary facility within 2 days.
- (b) **Authorization of appropriations—** There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out this section.
