# §649c. Authorization of appropriations


At least one small business international program shall be established within each region of the Department of Commerce. There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary $1,500,000 for each fiscal year 1981, 1982, and 1983, to carry out the program established in [section 649b of this title](/usc/15/649b.md).
