# §637c. Definitions


For purposes of this Act—

- (1) the term “Administrator” means the Administrator of the Small Business [Administration](/usc/15/636e.md?p=1);
- (2) the term “[Federal agency](/usc/15/632.md?p=b)” has the meaning given the term “[agency](/usc/15/632.md?p=b)” by [section 551(1) of title 5](/usc/5/551.md?p=1), but does not include the United States Postal Service or the Government Accountability Office; and
- (3) the term “Government procurement contract” means any contract for the procurement of any goods or services by any [Federal agency](/usc/15/632.md?p=b).
