# §6307h. Judges and referees


No [person](/usc/15/7a.md?p=6) may arrange, promote, organize, produce, or fight in a [professional boxing match](/usc/15/6301.md?p=8) unless all referees and judges participating in the match have been certified and approved by the [boxing commission](/usc/15/6301.md?p=2-A) responsible for regulating the match in the [State](/usc/15/6301.md?p=10) where the match is held.
