# §6307a. Contract requirements


Within 2 years after May 26, 2000, the Association of [Boxing Commissions](/usc/15/6301.md?p=2-A) (ABC) shall develop and shall approve by a vote of no less than a majority of its member [State](/usc/15/6301.md?p=10) boxing commissioners, guidelines for minimum contractual provisions that should be included in bout [agreements](/usc/15/7a.md?p=2) and boxing contracts. It is the sense of the Congress that [State](/usc/15/6301.md?p=10) [boxing commissions](/usc/15/6301.md?p=2-A) should follow these ABC guidelines.
