# §6210. Report to Congress


In the 30-day period beginning 3 years after November 2, 1994, and with the concurrence of the [Commission](/usc/15/6211.md?p=4), the [Attorney General](/usc/15/6211.md?p=3) shall submit, to the Speaker of the House of Representatives and the President pro tempore of the Senate, a report—

- (1) describing how the operation of this chapter has affected the enforcement of the [Federal antitrust laws](/usc/15/6211.md?p=5),
- (2) describing the extent to which [foreign antitrust authorities](/usc/15/6211.md?p=6) have complied with the confidentiality requirements applicable under [antitrust mutual assistance agreements](/usc/15/6211.md?p=2) in effect under this chapter,
- (3) specifying separately the identities of the foreign [states](/usc/15/15g.md?p=2), [regional economic integration organizations](/usc/15/6211.md?p=9), and [foreign antitrust authorities](/usc/15/6211.md?p=6) that have entered into such [agreements](/usc/15/7a.md?p=2) and the identities of the [foreign antitrust authorities](/usc/15/6211.md?p=6) with respect to which such foreign [states](/usc/15/15g.md?p=2) and such organizations have entered into such [agreements](/usc/15/7a.md?p=2),
- (4) specifying the identity of each foreign [state](/usc/15/15g.md?p=2), and each [regional economic integration organization](/usc/15/6211.md?p=9), that has in effect a law similar to this chapter,
- (5) giving the approximate number of requests made by the [Attorney General](/usc/15/6211.md?p=3) and the [Commission](/usc/15/6211.md?p=4) under such [agreements](/usc/15/7a.md?p=2) to [foreign antitrust authorities](/usc/15/6211.md?p=6) for antitrust investigations and for [antitrust evidence](/usc/15/6211.md?p=1),
- (6) giving the approximate number of requests made by [foreign antitrust authorities](/usc/15/6211.md?p=6) under such [agreements](/usc/15/7a.md?p=2) to the [Attorney General](/usc/15/6211.md?p=3) and the [Commission](/usc/15/6211.md?p=4) for investigations under [section 6202 of this title](/usc/15/6202.md), for orders under [section 6203 of this title](/usc/15/6203.md), and for [antitrust evidence](/usc/15/6211.md?p=1), and
- (7) describing any significant problems or concerns of which the [Attorney General](/usc/15/6211.md?p=3) is aware with respect to the operation of this chapter.
