# §6205. Exception to certain disclosure restrictions


[Section 1313 of this title](/usc/15/1313.md), and sections [46(f)](/usc/15/46.md?p=f) and [57b–2](/usc/15/57b–2.md) of this title, shall not apply to prevent the [Attorney General](/usc/15/6211.md?p=3) or the [Commission](/usc/15/6211.md?p=4) from providing to a [foreign antitrust authority](/usc/15/6211.md?p=6) [antitrust evidence](/usc/15/6211.md?p=1) in accordance with an [antitrust mutual assistance agreement](/usc/15/6211.md?p=2) in effect under this chapter and in accordance with the other requirements of this chapter.
