# §5410. Relationship to State laws


Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to preempt any rights or causes of action that any buyer may have with respect to any seller of [fasteners](/usc/15/5402.md?p=6) under the law of any [State](/usc/15/15g.md?p=2), except to the extent that the provisions of this chapter are in conflict with such [State](/usc/15/15g.md?p=2) law.
