# §4912. Fees and access


The [Secretary](/usc/15/4901.md?p=6) shall provide reasonable public services and access (including electronic access) to any information maintained as part of the [Data Bank](/usc/15/4901.md?p=2) and may charge reasonable fees consistent with [section 552 of title 5](/usc/5/552.md).
