# §4018. Annual reports


Every [person](/usc/15/4021.md?p=5) to whom a certificate of review is issued shall submit to the [Secretary](/usc/15/4021.md?p=7) an annual report, in such form and at such time as the [Secretary](/usc/15/4021.md?p=7) may require, that updates where necessary the information required by [section 4012(a) of this title](/usc/15/4012.md?p=a).
