# §2933. United States Global Change Research Program


The President shall establish an interagency United States [Global Change Research](/usc/15/2921.md?p=4) [Program](/usc/15/2921.md?p=6) to improve understanding of [global change](/usc/15/2921.md?p=3). The [Program](/usc/15/2921.md?p=6) shall be implemented by the Plan developed under [section 2934 of this title](/usc/15/2934.md).
