# §266. Applicability of administrative procedure provisions


Subchapter II of [chapter 5](/usc/15/chch5.md), and [chapter 7](/usc/5/chptI/ch7.md), of title 5 shall apply to all proceedings under this Act, sections [261](/usc/15/261.md) to [264](/usc/15/264.md) of this title, and [section 265 of this title](/usc/15/265.md).
