# §2511. Patents


[Section 5908 of title 42](/usc/42/5908.md) shall apply to any contract (including any assignment, substitution of parties, or subcontract thereunder), entered into, made, or issued by the Secretary of Energy pursuant to [section 2507 of this title](/usc/15/2507.md).
