# §2307. Designation of representatives by warrantor to perform duties under written or implied warranty


Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent any [warrantor](/usc/15/2301.md?p=5) from designating representatives to perform duties under the written or [implied warranty](/usc/15/2301.md?p=7): Provided, That such [warrantor](/usc/15/2301.md?p=5) shall make reasonable arrangements for compensation of such designated representatives, but no such designation shall relieve the [warrantor](/usc/15/2301.md?p=5) of his direct responsibilities to the [consumer](/usc/15/2301.md?p=3) or make the representative a cowarrantor.
