# §2104. Imports


Any item imported into the [United States](/usc/15/2106.md?p=7) in violation of [section 2101(a)](/usc/15/2101.md?p=a) or (b) of this title or regulations under [section 2101(c) of this title](/usc/15/2101.md?p=c) shall be subject to seizure and forfeiture under the customs laws.
